Enjoy a beautiful autumn day at the Pose & Paint Retreat. Awaken your mind, body, and soul as we come together for a 75 minute yoga class followed by a 3 hour (beginner friendly) painting class hosted by my sister-in-law, Wendy Fahey, owner of Wendy's Way, Focus on flexibility and strength to feel energized and balanced during the Inner Flow - Vinyasa Flow class, Bring out your creativity as you are guided through step by step instructions to create a beautiful fall piece to display in your home for Thanksgiving! Breakfast and lunch will be served. During the painting class we will take time to stretch and enjoy dessert. You will also have a chance to win the door prize!

Create this beautiful fall decor piece for your home. The pumpkin is painted on a 16" x 10" wooden board with a 3D leaf and twig stem. The piece is further enhanced with wire, beads, and raffia. Proudly display your artwork for Thanksgiving!
