Inner Flex

Start the morning off right with a stretch class that focuses on flexibility by opening up the hips and waking up the entire body. This gentle class is a great way to bring movement into the body through a variety of twists, backbends, and stretches. The class will end with a relaxing savasana. This class is suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided.

Warrior Two

Inner Strength

Start off the week with a yoga class that focuses on core strength. The class will being with core strengthening exercises that engage all the abdominal muscles and then move into a series of standing poses that brings the class to a fun and challenging culminating pose. The class will end with an extended savasana. This class is suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided.

Downward Dog Pose

Inner Flow

Inner Flow is a great mid week yoga class. This class will start off with hip opening exercises and then added movement through Sun Salutations and other poses that easily flow together. From there the class will lower onto the mat to do some stretching and ease into restorative poses. The class will end with a calming savasana. This class is suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided.

Yoga Class

Inner Peace

Start the weekend with a yoga practice that brings peace to the mind, body, and soul. The class will have plenty of stretches, hip openers, gentle Half Sun Salutations, and relaxing restorative poses. The class will end with a peaceful savasana. This class is suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided.
